The second section examines human resource management in the digital era, highlighting how organizations can integrate digital tools with organizational culture to support employee engagement, competence development, and sustainable workforce management. The final section revisits management and economic concepts for digital leadership, discussing how traditional management frameworks evolve in response to data-driven decision environments and digital ecosystems.Combining theoretical insights with empirical research and practical perspectives, the volume provides valuable knowledge for researchers, postgraduate students, and practitioners interested in the future of digital management. By linking technological innovation with organizational transformation, the book contributes to ongoing debates on how data-centric approaches can support sustainable and resilient organizational development in the digital era.…
