Refresh your spirit, renew your mind, and revitalize your body with the Daniel Fast.
Do you want to go deeper in your relationship with God, but you’re intimidated by the idea of fasting?
In order to live your life to the full, it's essential to thrive in your spiritual and physical health. Fasting is an ancient discipline that touches every element of spirit, soul, and body and can lead to lasting change and life transformation.
If you want to start fasting, or make fasting a more regular discipline in your life, the Daniel Fast is a great step for you. Through this partial fast, you’ll grow closer to God as you nourish your body with wholesome and nutritious plant-based foods. As you clear the noise and junk from your system, and lean into God and listen for His direction, you will become spiritually full, mentally well, and physically energized.
- In Daniel Fast Journey you will find an accessible overview of the Daniel Fast that includes:
- The importance of fasting and why it’s relevant for your life
- What the Bible says about fasting to provide a firm spiritual foundation for fasting
- Preparing physically and practically for fasting so you can thrive
- How to eat on a Daniel Fast with helpful tips for meal prep
- A 21-day meal plan and recipes to put everything into practice
If you’ve ever had the thought, “there has to be more than this”, then it’s time to pause and dive deep in your relationship with God, because He does have more for you! We’ll never feel like we have enough time, so we have to decide to make time for our most important priorities: our spiritual and physical health.
Whatever your prior experience with fasting may be, the Daniel Fast Journey book will help you discover how the Daniel Fast can dramatically impact your spiritual and physical health. In a fast-paced world, we are constantly pushed to do more and consume more, when what we actually crave is stillness, peace, and rest.
Through the Daniel Fast, you can restore balance and wellbeing to your spirit, soul, and body.
