44 fragments, a combination of verses, affirmations and prose for the soul.
A way to reflect and keep silence company. That powerful silence where we can discover the deepest truths and the least expected answers. Those that heal and redirect the course of our own history.
"Kemberling for me is a brave, resilient and adventurous human being, who has found in meditation, yoga, the body and therapeutic writing the tools to listen to himself, discover himself and manifest in his life everything he has been dreaming of, and on that path to be able to enlighten and accompany others in that same process".
In this book, Kemberling breaks and shows herself to be broken, but also deeply loved by herself, melted into her greatest courage. Giving us a valuable tool and achieving two things: Inspire us, because whoever shows love in a whole process full of pain, uncertainty, and also shares it is brave, and that, unless you are a rock, will push you, will inspire you to find that courage whatever you are living, invites you to keep walking the path, no matter if you are deciding between a sourdough bread with peanut butter or between a love that if it goes away, it won't come back. And the most beautiful thing she achieves, is to make herself felt, it is as if you had her by your side, almost helping you to find that light that we do not always have at hand. You will have your favorite pages where you will feel in deep company, where you will say "I thought it only happened to me".
Kemberling has more than 16 years dedicated to the personal practice of intuitive writing, yoga and meditation.
Multifaceted, and eternal learner. Graduated from the Central University of Venezuela. Graduated in Physiotherapy 10 years ago, working in different areas (neurological, traumatological, sports, urogynecological, oncological, odontological and geriatric) where she developed active listening and implemented several tools for self-knowledge, personal development and emotion management as a basis for the recovery of patients with chronic pain. For the last 3 years her passion has been to accompany many people from different parts of the world to create their most conscious version with neurolinguistic programming tools and emotional clinical hypnosis and with writing, yoga and meditation practices.
At the corporate level she offers services focused on the prevention of work-related injuries, promoting conscious productivity and decreasing the incidence of stress and anxiety at work with practical workshops of meditation/active breaks.
