Paperback. The backstory of the remarkable bond between Surrealist artist Salvador Dali and the man who found a cure for skin cancer -- Dr. Edmund Klein. In addition to a biographical sketch of Dr. Klein, the book chronicles the creation of a unique personal collection of drawings Dali did for Klein, and describes how that collection was made public and garnered international headlines. It's both a poignant and, at times, humorous read. Of course, it all began when Dali developed a medical issue that required the best skin cancer guy in the world. That led the Master to the doorstep of Edmund Klein, M.D. The rest, as they say, is medical -- and art -- history. This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from our UK warehouse or from our Australian or US warehouses, depending on stock availability.
