Checking in with your thoughts and feelings on a daily basis is important for personal growth. If you aren’t sure where you stand, how can you possibly move forward and grow? Journaling is a great way to examine your feelings, your patterns in mood and emotions, and your progress toward achieving your goals—especially when you write down your gratitude daily.
This gratitude journal will allow you to focus on positivity, kindness, and productivity in the context of being grateful each day and working on your goals. Each page has room for two days' worth of gratitude, and you'll write three things you're grateful for every day. Which means you'll have a full year of gratitude within your grasp every time you open this book. Plus, there's a 30-day check-in every month to see how you are progressing on your goals.
Spend the next twelve months using this journal to get grateful and track your goals. You'll be happy you did.
