About the Authors:
Tim Warnes and Jane Chapman live in rural southwest England and share a studio at home with views of open countryside. Mommy Mine is their first collaborative book project since their marriage ten years ago. Tim says, "It was fun playing with words and finding combinations to bounce off each other. Hopefully we've come up with something that's fun to read out loud." Jane, the best-selling illustrator of Bear Snores On and Bear Wants More by Karma Wilson, enjoyed painting a few of the more obscure animals as well as old children's-book favorites.
Jane Chapman is the best-selling illustrator of Bear Snores On and Bear Wants More by Karma Wilson, as well as Mommy Mine by Tim Warnes, her husband. Jane and Tim live in rural southwest England with their son, Noah, and share a studio at home with views of the open countryside.
