Octavo, 134pp. Stated second printing, one of 50,000 copies printed in October, 1968, five months after the first printing. In nearly very good condition in the publisher's gold printed covers with black comb binding. Some neat underlining and a few very short annotations internally, but still clean and readable. Very mild edgewear. The second edition of the DSM is famous for its revision in 1974, when homosexuality was finally excluded as a "sexual deviation," chiefly due to the efforts of gay activists. (This second printing still contains the entry for homosexuality.). Uncommon in the trade. Seller Inventory # 12418
