Dominate Your Period
Our bodies are designed to communicate with us. Body literacy gives us the knowledge to understand what they're saying.
Understanding your menstrual cycle is one of the most important health skills you'll ever learn, yet most of us were never taught how our bodies actually work. Body literacy changes that.
What if your period wasn't just something to "get through"?
What if it was one of the clearest ways your body communicates with you?
Dominate Your Period is a comprehensive educational guide that helps girls and young women understand the science of their menstrual cycle, hormones, anatomy, fertility awareness, and overall reproductive health. Whether you're experiencing your first period, navigating middle school, high school, college, competing in athletics, or simply wanting to better understand your body, this book provides practical, science-informed education that builds confidence and supports informed health decisions for years to come.
This book teaches you how to recognize patterns, understand what your body may be communicating, and become an informed participant in your healthcare.
Inside You'll Discover- How the menstrual cycle works and why ovulation matters
- The four phases of the menstrual cycle and the hormones that drive them
- Female reproductive anatomy explained in easy-to-understand language
