Includes Congressmen from the Territories of Arizona, Colorado, Dakota, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Utah and Washington; also, the rights of suffrage of the various states, of which Oregon is not unusual: "A native or naturalized citizen, who has attained the age of twenty-one years, and resided six months in the State, but no negro, Chinaman, or mulatto can vote" (the gender--male--being so obvious it isn't mentioned). Fair to good condition, a tight copy with some wear along the bottom three inches of the front joints, some old stains and off-setting to the front board, light wear to the extremities. Presumed owner name in ink on spine.
