There are savoury pastries, breads and biscuits, as well as desserts everyone will love. Also a collection of 'zakuaki' dishes, appetizers or snacks served on large platters and laid out much like a smorgasbord or buffet. Both English and Russian names are given and an introduction to each section explains how these dishes fit into the everyday life of a Russian household. Full-page color photographs.

Right of cancellation
