Being a teen can feel like riding an emotional rollercoaster—with no clear way to slow it down.
Between social pressure, school stress, and changing emotions, many teens are overwhelmed. But the last thing they want is constant advice from parents.
That’s why they need a resource that lets them learn independently—at their own pace and in their own space.
This Workbook Teaches 4 Powerful DBT Skill Sets:
-
Mindfulness – Let go of unwanted thoughts and stay grounded in the moment
-
Emotional Regulation – Name and manage strong emotions without feeling consumed
-
Distress Tolerance – Build resilience to handle tough situations without breaking down
-
Interpersonal Effectiveness – Communicate clearly, resolve conflict, and maintain self-respect
Your Teen Will Learn How To:
-
Break cycles of overthinking and shift focus through mindfulness exercises
-
Calm their body and mind with breathing, grounding, and meditation techniques
-
Recognize, accept, and respond to big emotions with skills like “ABC PLEASE”
-
Improve relationships and set healthy boundaries using “DEAR MAN” and more
Each chapter includes guided exercises that walk teens through real-life scenarios using proven DBT strategies. Whether they’re dealing with school anxiety, family tension, or social struggles, this workbook provides a toolkit to handle stress with confidence and clarity.
Perfect For:
-
Teens struggling with stress, anxiety, or emotional ups and downs
-
Parents who want to empower their child without lecturing
-
Therapists, counselors, and teachers supporting adolescent mental health
Help your teen feel confident, in control, and emotionally resilient.
Give them a resource they’ll actually use—rooted in DBT, backed by research, and written just for them.
