Small volume with red wraps, staple bound, and includes a set of building plans, folded and tipped in on inside of rear wrap. Plans measure 36" x 23 1/2" when unfolded. Published circa 1920. Wraps and text block are in good condition; plans are in fair condition. Wraps have moderate soiling, toning and wear; text block has light soiling; building plans are heavily toned, chipped and have many tears, affecting content. A well-used little volume, it contains, along with the building plans, helpful information regarding building with cypress, "the wood eternal."
