This book was written to give you strategies and wisdom concerning the importance of customer service. This book is a guideline how one should execute, expect, and experience customer service. No longer will you contain customer service to an establishment but you will see it for what it truly is, a lifestyle and way of living. Once we understand the value of customer service than we can truly be successful in living our best lives while being responsible and productive citizens. This book was inspired by the need for the world to overcome this ignorance of not understanding that this is not just a service but a worldwide necessity for survival.
This book should change your perspective on how you give and receive service. There is a saying you never get a second chance to make a first impression. If your initial customer service interaction is bad there may not be a second opportunity.
