Mack Robinson College of Business. VK has been recognized with 14 lifetime achievement awards in several areas in Marketing from the American Marketing Association (AMA) and other professional organizations. VK has published over 250 articles, 25 books (translated in multiple languages), and has received over 25 Research and Teaching Excellence Awards. Werner Reinartz is a Professor of Marketing at the University of Cologne, Germany, the Director of the Center for Research in Retailing (IFH), and the coordinator of the research initiative on “Digital Transformation”.
