ABOUT THE BOOK The good contributions of the authors are to a tune of 17 chapters in the field of Commerce and Management Research: A survey 2021 and it is a systematic and scientific study that have been thematically spread over and blended into five major themes. They are: (A) Business Environment (B.E.); (B) Business Organisation (BO) ; (C) Industry and Trade (IT); (D) Organisation and Management of Social Environment (O&MSE); (E) Quantitative Techniques and Research Methodology (QT&RM) thesis; (F) Analysis; (G) Innovative areas of Research; (H) Project Proposal; and (I) Conclusions. A deviation from normal traditional outlook and structure, an attempt has also been made to include new methods of banking such as e-banking, digitalization in banking and also the analysis of core chapters have been carried out and presented. The editor also intends to present the innovative areas of research exclusively, summative analysis and study relating to research funding in the form of (1) ICSSR project proposals for the award of minor/major research project – a model study. Special efforts have been made to design the volume in order to cater to the needs of the present and future researchers. The entire researched work is related to current research trends of the scholars and projects in which the author's have made commendable contributions through excelled academic excellence. Analysis and finally innovative areas of research in Commerce and Management i.e. current trends of Research in Commerce & Management and Conclusions. ABOUT THE AUTHOR Dr. Kalluri Lakshmi Narasimha Murty was born on second September, 1949 in Vegeswarapuram, had his school education in P.S.J.B. School and K.S.R.Z.P.H. School over a period of eleven years (1955-1966), Graduated from D.N.R. Collage, Bhimavaram, affiliated to Andhra University, Waltair. He had his M.A. (Geography) with specialisation on Agricultural Geography, Osmania University, Hyderabad in 1973 and Ph.D (Regional Planning) from Andhra University, Waltair in 1985. He worked as Junior Lecturer, Senior Lectures and Reader in Geography in Government College, Rajahmundry, Government College (Men) and Government College (Women), Srikakulam from 1976-2006 July and from 1st August to April 22, 2007 as Principal (FAC), Government U.G. and P.G. College (Women), Srikakulam and 23rd April, 2007 to 30th September, 2007 as Principal, Government U.G. and P.G. Collage (men), Srikakulam. He has received the A.P. State award in recognition of the best services rendered as teacher in 1995 and an author of 15 books. Nine research projects were completed, among them are, one in Government College (Men), Srikakulam and in Government College (Women), Srikakulam and had completed Flood Prone Areas and Drought Prone Areas, financed by UGC, New Delhi and S.R.C. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Gyan Books Pvt. Ltd., Delhi, India, +91 9899492060, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
Shipping terms
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1Kgm. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. We give extra discount for the bulk purchase orders. Our prices includes shipping charges. The customer do not have to pay any extra charges at the time of delivery but if your Country charges VAT and customs that has to be born by the customer.
