Dr Evangelos Liatsikos is Professor of Urology – Chairman of the Department of Urology and Medical Director of the University Hospital of Patras. He is a Guest Professor at the University of Leipzig in Germany. He is an Adjunct Professor at the Medical University of Vienna, Austria. He is member of the American Association of Genitourinary Surgeons (AAGUS), and member of the Scientific Working Group of the National Registry of Patients with Neoplastic Diseases. He was Chairman of the European Section of Uro-Technology (ESUT) from 2016 to 2020 and now he is the Chairman of the European School of Urology (ESU). He is distinguished in literature for his research in Laparoscopy-Robotic and Endourology. Dr. Liatsikos, with over 400 publications and, has also been invited as a speaker and live surgeon in a series of the most prestigious urological congresses worldwide. For his scientific contribution, Professor Liatsikos was nominated for the “Arthur Smith Endourology Lectureship” award in 2009 by the World Association of Endourology. He also received the award of “Academic Endourology Fellowship Program Director” in November 2016 during the World Congress of Urology.
Dr. Şenol Tonyalı is an Associate Professor of Urology, internationally recognized for his research and clinical expertise in endourology and urolithiasis. He currently serves as a faculty member at Istanbul University, Istanbul School of Medicine, Department of Urology. After graduating from Ankara University School of Medicine in 2009, Dr. Tonyalı completed his urology residency at Hacettepe University and expanded his academic horizon through an observership at the Cleveland Clinic, USA. He became a Fellow of the European Board of Urology in 2015 and was appointed Associate Professor in 2020. He received a 1-year research fellowship scholar from European EAU and conducted researches on anatomic endoscopic enucleation of prostate at University Medical Center Freiburg, Section of Urotechnology, Germany. He is a member of the Turkish Association of Urology and the European Association of Urology; he has been also actively contributing to the EAU Young Academic Urologists (YAU) Urolithiasis and Endourology Working Party since 2019. He has 86 published articles on Pubmed and his h-index is 15. His work on kidney stone disease and minimally invasive urologic surgery has been internationally recognized and cited, contributing to advancements in clinical practice and education.
İlker Seckiner President of Turkish Endourological Society. Dr. Ilker Seçkiner graduated from Ankara University School of Medicine in 1995. In the same year, he began Urology residency in Ankara University Medical School, Department of Urology. He completed his residency training in 2000 and took the title Urologist. In 2003, he began working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Urology, Karaelmas University School of Medicine. In this period, he worked as an observer for one month in Berlin Charite Hospital. Between February 2010 and June 2010, he worked in the United States at the University of Illinois at Chicago Urology Department, Section of Minimally Invasive and Robotic Urology as ‘Visiting Associate Professor’. Dr. Seckiner was appointed as a professor in 2014, and continues in that position at Gaziantep University. Dr. Seçkiner published more than 150 studies in international and national scientific journals and has made over 1000 scientific citations of these studies. He is a member of the Turkish Association of Urology, Endourological Society and European Association of Urology. In May 2019, he was elected as the president of Turkish Endourological Society. Having served as the president of the association between 1999-2021, Dr. Seçkiner is still the vice chairman of the association.
Ateş Kadıoğlu is graduated from Istanbul High School in 1977 and from Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1983. He served as a resident until 1990 and then as clinical instructor at the same Faculty. He became associate professor in 1994, and then professor in 2000. Prof. Kadıoğlu served as the President of the Turkish Society of Andrology between 2002 and 2009. Currently, he is the Honorary President of the Turkish Society of Andrology. He is the head of the Division of Andrology in Istanbul Faculty of Medicine. He served as the president of the Turkish Association of Urology between 2008 and 2012. Currently, he is Honorary President of Turkish Association of Urology, coordinator of the Turkish Academy of Urology and editor in chief of Turkish Journal of Urology(Urology Research and Practice). He served as a vice dean of Istanbul Faculty of Medicine between 2011 and 2014. He is a clinician, academic, and a researcher in the fields of sexual medicine, infertility, and prostatic diseases. His 320 articles were published in peer-reviewed journals, and these articles have received 8555 citations and his h index is 47(google scholar data 2023). He is a member of the guideline committee for sexual and reproductive health of the EAU. He participated the educational programs on sexual medicine in San Francisco Faculty of Medicine, California in 1991, and on male infertility at Baylor College of Medicine Houston/Texas in 1994. He is a member of the ESSM, EAU, AUA, ISSM, ISWISH, and ASRM. He contributed as a reviewer to the journals “European Urology”, “Journal of Sexual Medicine”, “Andrology”, “ Asian Journal of Andrology”, “Andrologia” and “World Journal of Clinical Urology”. He is a board member of the European Section of Andrological Urology (ESAU). He chaired the 6th South Eastern European Meeting (SEEM) organised by the EAU in October 1–2, 2010, and the European Sexual Medicine Congress (ESSM) in January 29th- February 2nd, 2014, in Istanbul . He served as a committee member at FSD pathophysiology in the 2nd International Erectile and Sexual Function consultation, and as chairman of the Priapism Committee at the 3rd International Erectile and Sexual Function consultation. He participated in the Peyronie Disease Committee in the 4th International Erectile and Sexual Function consultation.Currently he is Chairman of local organizing committee of SIU 2023 Istanbul meeting. Ateş Kadıoğlu is married and has 2 children. He speaks English and German.

You have the right to revoke this contract within one month without specifying any reasons.
The revocation period is one month with effect from the day,
on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the products, provided you had ordered one or more products within the scope of a standard order and this/these product/products is/are delivered uniformly;
on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the last product, provided you had ordered several products within the scope of a standard order and these products are delivered separately;
on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the last part delivery or the last unit, provided you had ordered a product, which is delivered in several part deliveries or units;

In order to safeguard the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification about the exercise of the revocation right before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall repay all the payments, which we received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs, which arise from that fact that you selected a form of delivery other than the most reasonable standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification about the revocation of this contract from you. We use the same means of payment, which you had originally used during the original transaction, for this repayment unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees owing to this repayment.
We can refuse the repayment until the products are returned to us or until you have furnished evidence that you have sent the products back to us, depending on whichever is earlier.
You must return or transfer the products to us immediately and, in any case, at the latest within 14 days with effect from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is maintained if you send the products before the expiry of the 14 day deadline.
You bear the direct costs for returning the products.
You must pay for any depreciation of the products only if this depreciation can be attributed to any handling with you that was not necessary for checking the condition, features and functionality of the products.
Criteria for exclusion or expiry
The revocation right is not available for contracts
for delivery of products, which are not prefabricated and for whose manufacturing an individual selection or stipulation by the consumer is important or which are clearly tailored to the personal requirements of the consumer;
for delivery of products, which can spoil quickly or whose use-by date would be exceeded quickly;
for delivery of alcoholic drinks, whose price was agreed at the time of concluding the contract, which however can be delivered 30 days after the conclusion of the contract at the earliest and whose current value depends on the fluctuations in the market, on which the entrepreneur has no influence;
for delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
The revocation right expires prematurely in case of contracts
for delivery of sealed products, which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after the delivery;
for delivery of products if they have been mixed inseparably with other goods after the delivery, owing to their condition;
for delivery of sound or video recording or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after the delivery.
