"Curing Meats on the Farm" was a promotional booklet issued by the Worcester Salt Company, New York in 1913. The company had Salt refineries in Silver Springs, New York, and Ecorse, Michigan. This is the Second Edition. The 12 page booklet briefly discusses curing, provides a few recipes , and ends with some testimonial letters from satisfied customers. The book is as fresh and bright as the day it was published, - quite remarkable! You will be hard-pressed to find another copy in such fine condition. As a matter of fact, you may be hard pressed to even find another copy, as this seems to be the only one being offered for sale on line.
