nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - Some things are worth building, even when they wobble. When the old rope bridge over the river falls down, Cubby the capybara decides to build a new one. With Grandpa close beside him, he gathers planks and rope and gets to work. But building is harder than it looks. Nails bend, knots tangle, and a whole pile of rope tumbles straight into the river. Cubby's ears droop. Maybe he just isn't good at this. With a little patience, a few deep breaths, and gentle encouragement from Grandpa, Cubby discovers that mistakes are part of making something, and that the bravest thing of all is to try again. When the bridge is finally finished it is sturdy, if a little crooked, and one wobbly challenge remains: finding the courage to take the first step across.Cubby the Capybara and the Wobbly Bridge is a warm, gently told picture book about perseverance, resilience, and the quiet pride of finishing something with your own two paws.

Cubby is excited to help Grandpa fix the broken bridge over the river, until bent nails, soggy rope, and a very wobbly plank make everything feel impossible. With gentle encouragement from Grandpa and cheerful support from little sister Lolo, Cubby learns to notice what is working instead of only what went wrong and to try one more time.
This warm, fully illustrated story about perseverance and “trying again” shows young readers that things do not have to be perfect to be strong enough.
