Unlock the Secret Power of Stones for Self-Care
"Clear explanations of vibrational principals are paired with real, practical exercises…" ─Kate Mantello, Founder, Evolve Healing Institute
#1 New Release in Gaia & Earth Energies
Athors Lune Innate and Araminta Star Matthews are dedicated practitioners of the art of healing with gems, and they’ll teach you everything you need to know to develop a personal practice that works for your own spiritual development.
Harness the time-honored tradition of crystals and healing stones. The use of gemstones is one of many energy-centered practices that can help you find the calm and peace you need to stay grounded every day.
Possess the power for harmony and inner balance. Healing crystals are instruments you can use to channel the flow of positive and negative energy within yourself. As part of an intentional meditative practice, gems can be used to find inner peace and wellness, and to ease anxiety and depression.
Transform obstacles into opportunities for growth. A renewed sense of focus and alignment with the universe will support your relationships with yourself and with others. Crystal Intentions is both an introduction to the power of gemstones and crystals, and an opportunity to expand your knowledge of healing arts.
With this guide you’ll:
- Understand the chakra system and other essential healing and balance methods
- Sense and read the flow of your own energy
- Use stones to define your path of personal and spiritual development
If you have found guidance in Crystals for Beginners, Crystals for Healing, or The Crystal Bible, then Crystal Intentions: Practices for Manifesting Wellness is the perfect addition to your bookshelf.

About the Author
Araminta Star Matthews has a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from National University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in the same discipline from the University of Maine at Farmington. She also holds certificates in digital curation, career development facilitation, and teaching. In addition to writing, she works as an instructional designer at a University developing and supporting the creation of instructional content for higher education courses. She also teaches Creative Writing for the University of Maine at Presque Isle, online. She began her writing career in the horror genre, writing young adult, supernatural fiction. While this genre still holds a place in her heart, she is moving toward more practical content, such as holistic wellness and personal development guides. She has coauthored with Stan Swanson and Dr. Rachel Lee to produce the alternative writing instructional guide, Write of the Living Dead, and she has recently worked with The Lune Innate to produce a crystal self-care and wellness book. Because Araminta can't bring herself to sit still even for a moment, she spends her spare time (when she is not teaching or writing or editing) playing MMORPG's, reading (mostly Romantic through Modernist period classics), and inventing. She is also a lifelong learner and routinely takes courses in disciplines that interest her, including yoga teaching, crystal certification, Reiki, web development, animation, and digital curation.
