About the Author
Selina “Sirius” Espiritu is a Philippines-based comic illustrator with more dogs than sense. She gets real enthusiastic about medicine and fishing, and requires direct sunlight at least once a day. You can follow her on Twitter @siriusdraws.
Diana Sousa lives in Portugal, where she works as a comic book colorist, and as a freelance graphic designer doing layout for TTRPG books. In 2023 she was nominated for an Eisner Award for Best Coloring for her work in several Critical Role projects with Dark Horse Comics.
Ariana Maher (she/her) is a Brazilian-American letterer who has worked on quite a number of Critical Role comics, including Vox Machina Origins, Mighty Nein Origins and of course Tales of Exandria. Her greatest lettering challenge is telling the difference between Vex and Vax when reading comic book scripts, but she's getting better at it. Her beloved cat is Ames--named after the Ames Lettering Guide. If you're curious about lettering, you can find her at www.arianamaher.com
Mae Catt (she/they) a queer, multi-racial native of Los Angeles, and screenwriter. Mae has many cross-genre loves that have helped her write on a variety of prominent projects in both animation, live action, and now comics.
Mae got her animation debut writing for the critically-acclaimed Young Justice. Since then, Mae has worked as a writer for Transformers: Cyberverse, Marvel’s Marvel Rising and Spider-man, and Nickelodeon’s Monster High. Mae has also worked in adult animation with Dragon Age: Absolution and The Legend of Vox Machina. Most recently, Mae has worked as a writer and story editor for Transformers: Earthspark.
Mae collects comic books, cosplays, and contemplates what evil lurks in the hearts of men.
Kendra Wells is a writer, illustrator, and cartoonist. Their published works include Tell No Tales: Pirates of the Southern Seas (written by Sam Maggs), Real Hero Shit, and contributions to the Ignatz Award-winning anthology Be Gay Do Comics. Kendra is inspired by medieval fantasy, gay weirdos, existential dread, and their cat Nicky. They are growing a tomato plant this year.
Hunter Bonyun is a Canadian artist working out of her home studio in Vancouver, British Columbia. She has a deep passion for creating engaging characters and elegant illustrations that capture the beauty of the fantasy genre. With a love of D&D in one hand and a Bachelor of Design in the other, she has pursued her artwork in the video games, publishing, comics and TTRPGs.
Eren Angiolini (they/them) is a comic colourist and fantasy TTRPG artist. They have worked on some of the most well known IPs in comics: Justice League, Teen Justice, Doctor Who and Critical Role's "The Mighty Nein Origins: Nott the Brave".
When they're not drawing or colouring, they hit people with swords (seriously!)

The duo served as head writers for seasons of both ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN and MARVEL’S SPIDER-MAN, as well as for Marvel's AVENGERS ASSEMBLE, and Hasbro Studio's TRANSFORMERS: RESCUE BOTS ACADEMY.
Burke & Wyatt created the first Transformer comedy series, TRANSFORMERS: BOTBOTS. They currently serve as Executive Producers and Head Writers on LEGO NINJAGO DRAGONS RISING, a series they developed for Lego and Netflix. They live and work in Los Angeles, California.
