In an interconnected global economy, organizations must prioritize crisis preparation and supply chain resilience to ensure continuity and stability. Disruptions like natural disasters, geopolitical tensions, pandemics, and technological failures can expose vulnerabilities within complex supply networks. Businesses and policymakers must adopt proactive strategies that emphasize risk assessment, diversification of suppliers, digital monitoring systems, and adaptive logistics planning. Developing resilient supply chains helps organizations respond effectively to unexpected crises while strengthening their ability to recover quickly, maintain customer trust, and sustain economic performance in an uncertain global environment. Crisis Preparation Strategies and Developing Resilient Supply Chains explores the vital nexus where sustainability and resilience meet in contemporary supply networks. It examines techniques for creating and managing supply chains that endure disruptions and incorporate sustainable practices. This book covers topics such as e-commerce, geopolitics, and risk assessment, and is a useful resource for business owners, government officials, policymakers, academicians, researchers, and scientists.
