This item is printed on demand - it takes 3-4 days longer - Neuware -The issues of criminal law characteristics of infliction of harm to human health were considered in sufficient detail in the literature of the Soviet period. However, the legislation has changed. In recent years, judicial practice began to follow a different path. At the same time, significant problems in the field of criminal-law application of the norms of this direction have arisen, such as the issue of determining the degree of severity of harm, the problem of applying economic criterion for the degree of severity of harm to health, etc. Unfortunately, a unified criminal-law concept of crimes related to this area has not been built; author's studies, mainly, relate only to individual offences and are not distinguished by novelty and consistency. 92 pp. Englisch.
