Whether you're an independent business owner, freelancer, or individual striving for financial security, The Credit & Asset Protection Playbook converts complex financial rules into an actionable blueprint you can execute immediately.
Written by financial strategist Neha Rani, this comprehensive guide cuts through the noise to give you practical, repeatable routines. From auditing credit report errors to insulating your hard-earned wealth against unexpected life crises, you’ll master the exact strategies needed to command lower borrowing costs and secure your financial foundation.
Inside this essential playbook, you will discover:
- The 5-Factor Score Map: Decode how lenders evaluate payment history, credit utilization, age, mix, and recent activity—and learn how to manage reporting timing to instantly optimize your profile.
- The CLEAN Report System: Follow a step-by-step method to pull, audit, and dispute credit bureau inaccuracies, remove bogus collection entries, and lower financing costs.
- The On-Time Lock System: Build a bulletproof 3-part framework using automated minimum payments, strategic calendar alerts, and cash buffers to guarantee you never miss a due date again.
- Utilization Target Dial & Debt Rules: Calculate exact pre-statement payoff targets and use the Debt Quality Scorecard to separate strategic, wealth-building debt from harmful liabilities.
- Debt Avalanche vs. Debt Snowball: Match the ideal payoff acceleration framework to your personal cash flow, interest rates, and behavioral psychology.
- The Buffer Band Method: Calculate your exact emergency fund floor and working targets based on your unique income risk profile rather than arbitrary rules of thumb.
- The Shield-Plan Starter: Safeguard your wealth through proper liability coverage, insurance optimization, beneficiary checks, and basic estate planning documents (wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives).
Stop letting outdated reporting balances, high interest rates, or sudden financial setbacks hold you back. Whether you're preparing to apply for a major loan, growing a business, or protecting your family's future, The Credit & Asset Protection Playbook gives you the exact tools to build lasting financial strength.

Store description
**Please note our transit times are from the date of dispatch.** We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first purchase with us, or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
