It provides an overview of HLA, giving engineers the ability to simulate complex systems in large networks with many simulation participants and introduces a common scenario to show the abilities of the aircraft-attached radar model.

About the Author

Michael Pietsch graduated from the University of Applied Sciences, Ulm, Germany, with a diploma degree in Computer Engineering in 2006. Since then he is working in the field of satellite on-board computer simulation.
