Faith is on the verge of ending her life following decades of feeling unheard and unseen, and suffering from anxiety. Looking back on her life as she moves through her final day, she recognizes how much pressure she put on herself, and all the times she lost sight of her own self-worth and confidence. Matt, a friendly stranger she meets early in the day, brings a new perspective and immediate connection. Created is filled with emotion, unique insights on mental health, and an ending you won't want to miss!
"Phenomenal book! I never wanted to put it down! Created will change the way mental health is viewed and addressed. A MUST-read if you or anyone you know has ever struggled with anxiety or difficult moments. An engaging read, sparking empathy and wonder as we all navigate our own reality!" -Dr. Christy Matusiak
"This captivating story had me at the edge of my seat wanting more. I could totally relate to Faith and her journey of self-doubts and allowing people to walk all over her and not believing in herself. This book is a must-read for anyone experiencing anxiety and depression. Five stars for sure." -Dorothy Graham O'Dell, Mom, Wife, and Corporate VP
Mental health/trigger warning
This book includes thoughts about suicide, anxiety, depression, and other hard life moments.
If you struggle with any of these, it may be hard to read some aspects.
Your health and safety is my number one concern. I wrote the contents of this fiction story to help others understand what happens in the mind of someone struggling with these and other self-defeating topics. Book one lays the groundwork. Book two will bring many concepts of how to overcome to life.
The book's content is not meant to replace any type of psychological, physical, or mental health care. If you or someone you know is struggling, please get support from a qualified practitioner.
If you or someone you know is struggling with suicidal thoughts, please contact the prevention line at 988.
Stay well, Jen
