Several stain spots to back, otherwide map is clean and still crisp, Several perforations at map folds. Card wrapper (5 12/16 " x 3 14/16 " ) shows handling wear, but still durable. Stain spots, rear wrp. Interior leaves tanned, else clean and tight. Railroad map of New York State is tinted, w/ two insets, one of Long Island, the other of metro New York City. Includes: listing of railroad lines; gazetteer of counties and municipalities with population figures. Very good traveler's map of its day, still in an excellent state of preservation.
