Synopsis:
The book elaborates on the basics of procedure oriented programming and the fundamentals of writing C codes. The most noticeable feature of the book is the complete technical guide for IT interviews. It contains MCQs with 4 or 5 interesting options which prompts the candidate to think over a broad range of compilers. A brief and convincing answer for all the questions has been provided. It goes on to cover aspects like functions and loops, which will help novice programmers to code properly. Each topic is covered using tracing to explain how the particular coding construct and real-time programs work to help users understand how to implement theoretical concepts and obtain outputs to assure the validity of written programs. Elementary programming concepts like arrays, loops, assignment operators, functions, file processing, data structures, etc. have been discussed in the book. The structure of the book is organized in such a way that even a new candidate can easily follow the progress of concepts and master the language at a comparatively faster rate. About the Author:
Shriram K Vasudevan is an M Tech, MBA, PhD with over 8 years of industrial and academic experience. He received his master’s degree in the field of Embedded Systems. He has worked with major multinational companies like Wipro and Aricent Technologies; and been to USA on a technical assignment while functioning for WIPRO technologies. He was also closely associated with VIT University. Presently, he is employed at Amrita University and serves as a Senior Assistant Professor – Department of Computer Science and Engineering. He has been conferred awards by Wipro, Infosys, Intellectual Ventures, ICTACT, Amrita, VIT, etc. for his technical contribution.
