Item description from seller

G/G, used hc, 304 pages. Blue cloth over boards engraved with farming images and gilt text on spine. Photographic image on Dj with lemon text on upper and white text on spine. DJ shows minor shelf wear to edges and two 1/8"-1/4" tears at spine upper. Interior pages are clean, unmarked, no bent pages. Text includes chapters on country essays and stories, farming and horse trading, crafts and quilting, schools, fairs, cemetaries, old-time recipes, and 22 songs including lyrics and music. Very interesting way to learn about the ways things were done 70-80 years ago.
