The Cost of Elevation is a personal growth and self-development guide for women ready to step into their next level with clarity, confidence, and intention. We often talk about growth as something exciting and transformative, but rarely do we acknowledge what it truly requires. Elevation is not just about what you gain it is about what you are willing to release, confront, and outgrow. It requires discipline, decision-making, and a willingness to move differently. In this book, Ebony "Eb" Mitchell explores the real cost of becoming the woman you have been envisioning. Through a combination of mindset shifts, practical insight, and intentional reflection, readers are guided through the process of aligning their actions with the life they desire. This is not a surface-level motivational book. It is a structured approach to personal development that emphasizes ownership, faith, confidence, and execution.Readers will learn how to: Build confidence through consistent action and self-trustStrengthen discipline and follow-through in everyday decisionsDevelop a mindset rooted in ownership and personal responsibilityAlign habits, routines, and behaviors with long-term goalsNavigate identity shifts and transitions with clarityMove from inspiration to intentional executionThe Cost of Elevation introduces the foundation of the Pretty & Powerful Blueprint(TM), a framework designed to help women turn their vision into a lifestyle. You said you were ready for the next level.
But elevation doesn’t just change what you have. It changes what you can keep.
The Cost of Elevation is a grounded look at what it actually takes to step into a new era of your life. Not the highlight version. Not the aesthetic. The real shift.
Inside this book, you’ll confront:
• The decisions you’ve been avoiding
• The identities you’ve outgrown
• The discipline required to live differently
Because wanting more is easy.
Living in alignment with it is where everything changes.
You’ll outgrow rooms.
You’ll see relationships shift.
You’ll be forced to decide how you’re going to move.
This isn’t about motivation.
It’s about participation.
Because elevation will require something from you.
And not everything can come with you.
