Paperback. Develop the self-esteem and inner strength to step into the potential of your life! We all have a higher purpose for our lives and a larger calling through the design as well as will of God. Do you know your calling? More importantly, are you afraid of this calling and is part of your confusion based out of fear? Many people are their own worst enemies as they are held back from reaching their goals or even connecting with God's higher purpose for their lives because of their fears around disappointing others, worries about what other people think and their need for approval from others. Such individuals live with the shadow of insecurity of people-pleasing, which looms over their lives. They end up coasting through this world, rebounding like an emotional yo-yo off of what other people think they should do or not. In this book, readers will learn how to stop patterns of people-pleasing as they develop the necessary skills of resiliency and emotional fitness. By learning how to develop internal stength, a solid emotional core and a deep sense of core confidence, readers can learn to "power up" for any challenge in life. Much like physical fitness with muscular and cardio endurance, we also have emotional and spiritual fitness. As we develop the inner resiliency and confidence to charter our course towards our destinies, we grow into the greatest potential of our lives. Cathy Patterson-Sterling is an International Christian Author, Speaker, and Registered Clinical Counselor who has a speciality in helping individuals, couples, and families struggling with confidence/self-esteem issues, addictions, broken trust, and betrayal.
