A classic collection of over 1,400 Alaskan recipes to delight those who love the North's traditional fare.
Cooking Alaskan is an effort to organize and to share what we have learned about how Alaskan cooks use Alaskan foods ... plus a little. For the most part, the major ingredient of its recipes is Alaskan grown or bred. The great abundance and variety of that homegrown food is represented in the first three books of the volume.
