Die im Zuge der aktuellen Einf�hrung der internationalen Rechnungslegung nach IAS/ IFRS h�ufig angedachte Harmonisierung von internem und externem Rechnungswesen wird ebenfalls diskutiert sowie L�sungsvorschl�ge f�r eine Harmonisierung der Datenbasis unterbreitet. Zweck dieses Lehrbuchs ist es, den Leser mit den wichtigsten Konzepten und Techniken im operativen Controlling vertraut zu machen.
