Paperback. Your office isn't a place anymore. It's a method. Do you still believe your professional worth is measured by hours spent at a desk? For decades, work ran on an unwritten rule: being present meant being productive. Then something broke. The morning commute, the meetings with no purpose, the feeling of "being there" without ever really "counting" none of it makes sense anymore. From Control to Trust isn't another theoretical guide to remote work. It's the practical method, field-tested since 2014, that has transformed hundreds of professionals and companies into organizations that are genuinely flexible, productive, and built for the future. Author Giovanni Rasulo, a pioneer of remote work in Italy, shares the exact system he used to train over 2,300 professionals and drive revenue growth of more than 700% in under ten years.
