64x86 cm. Folded map backed with stiff paper. Short tears at edges. Generally very good condition. Some lots hand-colored. Real estate auction map for lots on the west side of Larchmont Manor. Map is oriented with west to the top. Large inset map at top right indicates the location of Woodbine Park in relation to nearby areas of New Rochelle and the Town of Mamaroneck. 4 buildings are shown: the residences of Thomas Kane, Michael A. Kane, the Larchmont Manor House near the Boston Post Road, and an unidentified house at the corner of Oak and Beech (sic) Avenues. A rare subdivision map for an auction one year before the incorporation of the Village of Larchmont in 1891.
