Contemporary half maroon crushed morocco gilt, raised bands, matching pebble-grained cloth sides, marbled eps, original printed card wraps with on-laid colour plate bound in at rear. Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. First edition and printing. In good plus brown card with black titles and colour tipped in illustration to front. The covers are a little loose from page block at the front; with a few smudge marks; corners slightly worn. Foxed and age-toned cut edges. The text block has 14 tipped in colour reproductions with tissue guards. The pages are flat and firm; the Prelims are lightly foxed; the reverse side of the last plate is foxed; otherwise pages unmarked. Very good condition and overall condition is very good minus.
