Features and Benefits
Prepares students to develop a proficiency in Primavera Project Planner and construction project controls, and to be able to customize the elements that they need to effectively gauge project performance.
Provides a chapter on estimating that presents and defines terminology and shows the relationship between the estimate and the comprehensive construction plan.
Features chapter-end exercises designed to provide students with "hands-on" experience with applications, the exercises are cumulative and thus enable students to work through a complete project simulation - from planning the project, to monitoring the project, through actual construction.
