This book brings those core skills into one practical framework, helping readers move from project planning and cost estimating to bid preparation and schedule development with a clearer understanding of the full construction process.
Whether you are a student, aspiring construction professional, estimator, contractor, project manager, or experienced practitioner looking to strengthen your foundation, Construction Project Estimating and Management offers a structured introduction to the skills that support better planning, stronger bids, improved cost control, and more effective project delivery.
