Throughout these pages, we explore the essential elements that keep projects on schedule, empower teams, and mitigate risks before they escalate. You will discover how clear processes not only prevent costly mistakes but also build trust and credibility across your organization. We guide you through a journey from experiencing operational overwhelm and construction chaos to achieving robust, streamlined efficiency in the office and on jobsites while mitigating losses and liabilities.
As you dive into these pages, our hope is that you will see the logical next step become apparent—to build better systems from within so you can scale without chaos. You will want to embrace an SOP system that transforms daily headaches into opportunities for substantial, measurable success in commercial construction.
Kendall Pouland has worked in the commercial construction industry for over 20 years, in roles from Assistant Estimator to Senior Project Manager to Director of Professional Development and Director of Tech and Innovation for a large General Contractor. She founded Build Better Ways in 2022 with the goal of helping builders execute great projects - every time.
