nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - This book analyzes the role of the Constitution in the organization, harmonization, and transformation of contemporary political systems. Through a doctrinal, comparative, and forward-looking approach, this study demonstrates that the Constitution serves as a fundamental legal norm, an instrument for regulating political power, and a mechanism for protecting fundamental rights. The book highlights contemporary shifts in constitutionalism under the influence of globalization, technological transformations, democratic demands, and international dynamics surrounding the protection of human rights. The study also examines the mechanisms of convergence among modern constitutional systems, as well as the limitations associated with authoritarian tendencies, opportunistic constitutional revisions, and institutional inequalities.
