Condition of thick Hardback Book: Good. It is very good except that front/back cover is pulling away from the spine.(photo attached). Book is very clean and firm. There is the odd brown age spotting on outside of pages. There is no dustjacket This book is the offering to the students of Winkfield Place and the Cordon Blue Cookery School in London. It was planned that this book might provide an answer to any questions left over when, the students training finished and they scattered themselves over the world, as indeed they have done. There are many illustrations included. The previous owner has added recipes on the end pages "additional recipes" 1246pp.
