Neuware - Growing up in Section 8 housing means learning how to survive before you ever get the chance to dream. In the shadows of cracked concrete, flickering streetlights, and buildings that hold more struggle than shelter, a young boy learns what it takes to become a man.Concrete Lessons: Survival in Section 8 is the raw and unfiltered memoir of Tristan Wiley Sr., who came of age in the heart of the projects where poverty, violence, and resilience lived side by side. Through sharp memory and powerful storytelling, Tristan reveals the daily battles of life in government housing-dodging danger, seeking hope, and holding tight to family when the world tried to tear it apart.More than a story of survival, this book is a testimony. It's about the lessons that concrete walls cannot silence, the unbreakable spirit of those who endure, and the determination to rise above circumstances designed to keep you down. For readers of urban memoirs, stories of resilience, and anyone who has lived in or around Section 8 housing, this book is both mirror and revelation. Concrete Lessons doesn't just tell you about survival-it makes you feel the weight, the risk, and the strength required to live it.…
