The book Computer Networks by Andrew Tanenbaum, Nick Feamster and David Wetherall is a comprehensive introduction to the field of computer networks. ANDREW S. TANENBAUM is Professor of Computer Science at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. NICK FEAMSTER is Professor of Computer Science and Head of the Center for Data and Computing (CDAC) at the University of Chicago. DAVID J. WETHERALL was an associate professor of computer science and engineering at the University of Washington in Seattle and is currently working for Google. FALKO DRESSLER specialist is professor of computer science and owner of the chair for telecommunication networks computer science at TU Berlin.
