About the Author
Dr. Anil Kumar Dubey has more than 10 years of teaching experience out of which, 6 years as Associate Professor and 8 years post PhD. Currently He is working as Associate Professor (CSE) ABES Engineering College Ghaziabad. Prior to this he worked as Associate Professor (CSE), Poornima Institute of Engineering & Technology, Jaipur. Dr. Dubey successfully filed 15 patents (12 National and 3 International Patents), out of which 6 patents are granted. He had published several textbooks and research papers in different International Journals and Proceedings of repute. He has received numerous awards including the Young Scientist, Best paper, Best Trainer. Dr. Dubey has organized more than 20 international conferences technically sponsored by IEEE, ACM, and Springer.
Dr. Vikash Yadav, currently working as a Lecturer Computer in Department of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh, India. He has completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (State Government University), Lucknow, U.P., India. He received his M.Tech. In Software Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Prayagraj, Allahabad, U.P. & B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering from U.P. Technical University, Lucknow, India. Dr. Yadav is a life membership of Computer Society of India (CSI), Life Member of IAENG. His research interests include, Data Mining, Image Processing & Machine Learning. Prior to the current assignment, he has worked for ABES Engineering College Ghaziabad. He is also the Editorial Board Member of the Journal recent Advances in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (Scopus Indexed Journal), Bentham Science Publication. He has published nearly 70 research papers in various International Journals (SCI/SCIE/Scopus) and Conferences of repute. He has edited 2 books from CRC Press and Bentham Science Publication and two are currently running, he also edited several special issues for SCI/SCIE/Scopus Journals. He also chaired several International conferences as a session chair. He has published 4 Indian Patents. He has more than Google scholar citations 450, H-index 12 and i-10 Index 15.
Dr. Munesh Chandra Trivedi has more than 20 years of teaching experience out of which, 4 years as Professor and 13 years post PhD. Currently He is Working as Professor (CSE) NCERT, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, PSSCIVE Bhopal ( An apex institution of the Ministry of Education, Govt of India). Prior to this he worked as Associate Professor (CSE), National Institute of Technology Agartala, Tripura, India and Associate Professor and HoD (IT), Rajkiya Engineering College, Azamgarh, UP (State Govt. Institution of UP, India) with the additional responsibility of Dean Academics and Associate Dean (UG Programme), Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow (State Technical University). Dr. Chandra was also the Director (In-Charge) of Rajkiya Engineering College, Azamgarh. He successfully filed 63 patents (54 National and 9 International Patents (Germany, South Africa, and Australia)), out of which 27 patents are granted. He had published 12 textbooks and 153 research papers in different International Journals and Proceedings of repute. Dr. Chandra edited 38 books for Springer Nature. He has successfully supervised 14 PhD Students and received numerous awards including the Young Scientist Visiting Fellowship, Albert Einstein Research Scientist Award, Best Senior Faculty Award, Outstanding Scientist, Dronacharya Award, Author of Year, and Vigyan Ratan Award from different national, as well international forums. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Rarewaves.com UK, Unit 144 The Lightbox, 111 Power Road, W4 5PY, London, London, United Kingdom, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
