Half of the recto is taken up with a highway map of Florida, before the construction of the Interstate Highway System. The remainder of the brochure is a promotional piece for the Ocean Hiway route from New York to Florida, describing sights and places to stop (stores, restaurants, motels, camp sites, hotels) along the way. There is a colored map highlighting this route, with a separate linear chart of the cities along the way. Also has small maps of the areas around Norfolk, Charleton, Jacksonville, and Wilmington, Delaware.
