What Is Menopause?
Menopause is a natural biological process that marks the end of a woman's reproductive years. Why This Guide?
Menopause affects approximately half the world's population, yet it remains surrounded by silence, misconceptions, and inadequate medical support. This guide aims to provide comprehensive, evidence-based information to help women navigate this transition with confidence and agency.
The Historical Context
For much of medical history, menopause was pathologized or ignored entirely.
