Neuware -A revolutionary new look into the unique world of living with a Boerboel; a MUST-READ that includes practical tips, tricks, and insights to help a new (or seasoned) Boerboel owner. Using interviews with 8 top Boerboel breeders, author and experienced owner Desiree Botha has created an in-depth look at what it REALLY takes to successfully live with, raise, and train a Boerboel. Covering all the Boerboel-specific topics you NEED TO KNOW, such as: - The unique characteristics and quirks of Boerboels- Early training (including housebreaking) strategies for Boerboels- Choosing the optimal supplies and food for a Boerboel puppy- Helpful strategies for socializing a Boerboel with other dogs- Health care advice for each stage of your Boerboel's life>In The Complete Guide to Boerboels you will learn everything you need to know from start to finish; how to choose the right Boerboel, training, traveling, grooming, health care, and senior care. You will also learn all about the background of the breed, its history, breed pre-disposed diseases, and special traits. Find answers to common questions like: - Is a Boerboel the right dog for me - I brought my Boerboel home. What now - How can I best train my Boerboel - What are some common mistakes should I avoid >A note from author Desiree Botha: From the moment that my parents laid my first Boerboel pup in my arms, I was in love with the breed. I was also only two at the time, so I have to admit that I would have fallen in love with any puppy that I had the privilege to hold. But my love affair with the Boerboel breed has continued throughout my life right from that moment on. These massive, extremely intelligent and fiercely protective dogs are impossible not to love. Yet, the things that make them great can also become a new pet-parents biggest challenge. If you don't know what to expect from your new Boerboel puppy it can cause a lot of unnecessary challenges. And maybe even some heartache. So come with me as I share some of the things that I have learnt through the years with you. I have many Boerboels that I have loved and eventually lost, and along the way I have learnt a thing or two. So by sharing this knowledge with new and prospective Boerboel owners, I hope I can give you the best chance to create a lasting bond and a really happy life for both you and your Boerboel puppy. 154 pp. Englisch.…
