Engraved heraldic bookplate on both front paste-downs: Netherplace (motto: Optime Quod Opportune), and a more recent, printed book label pasted beneath these plates. Cover corners show light wear, age-related tanning to endpapers. A near fine set; interior is clean & crisp, with few signs of use. A scarce item, especially in this condition.
