About the Author
Luise Roberts was taught at an early age by her mother how to knit and sew. These skills have always been an outlet for her creative talents, and she has exhibited her work as an embroiderer. However, it was her degree in graphic design and earning a living designing books, in particular several knitting books, that rekindled her interest in crochet. With a new enthusiasm and fresh ideas, she is keen to convey this passion to others.
Sophie Britten is a freelance designer specializing in crochet and knitwear. She makes specially commissioned pieces and teaches crochet and knitting. She has written several books, including Fun & Funky Crochet (Anova Books, 2005).
