This book provides step-by-step guidance for sound craftsmanship in traditional and new methods of oil painting. Volume itself has some wear at the top of the spine; this is the reason for the slight condition downgrade of the book. Work has green and gold cloth covers with green lettering on the spine. Dust jacket is protected in an archival quality cover. Some fraying of dust jacket at top of spine is reason for condition downgrade of dust jacket. 218 pages. No apparent underlining, no highlighting, no owner names, no bookplates, no remainder marks, not ex-libras. A very serviceable copy.
