3 volume set. 23 cm. Hardcover. Contemporary 3/4 calf binding, with marbled boards. Morocco labels. Some edge wear to extremities. Good binding and cover. Unmarked pages. Hertslet was librarian of the Foreign Office and Keeper of the Papers during the tumultuous Napoleonic period and the war of 1812. He was one of the two secretaries of the Lord Justices in England, while George IV was absent in Hanover in 1821. This is an oversized or heavy book that requires additional postage for international delivery outside of Canada and the US.
